To reset meter open meter with screwdriver and paper clip, remove battery from battery holder and put it back.

This e-meter works with Bluetooth4.0BLE communication standard with Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, Android 4.4 and higher, Mac OSX, iOS 8.0 and higher if your device support this Bluetooth standard.
This device does not need any drivers installed, operating systems identify it as a standard Bluetooth4.0BLE device.
The Bluetooth Meter works with a personal computer using a USB cable and running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Android 3.0-4.4 (not every Android device supports this type of connection) and Mac OSX.
Now we have good working software for Windows 8-10 and iOS. Other OSes not fully supported.
Setup of Bluetooth connection
To work with an iPhone or iPad there is no need to pair the devices just activate Bluetooth in the Settings.
Android 4.4 devices do not need any pairing. In Android 5.0 and higher activate Bluetooth in the Settings, choose Theta-Meter BT4.0 and enter code 000000.
For Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 press the Start button, choose Settings, then Devices and Bluetooth. Choose from the list Theta-Meter BT4.0 and press the Connect button, enter code 000000.
To provide reliable connection with smartphones disactivate LTE in Settings during sessions. LTE signal could block Bluetooth 4.0 connection.
For Mac OSX no pairing is required.
Short instruction
To activate the Bluetooth Theta-Meter press and hold for 2 seconds the power button at the one end of the device. If the e-Meter is charged and working the green LED start to blink.
To switch off e-meter press power button and keep it pressed for 2 seconds and the device will switch off.
To use the e-meter in duo can mode or to connect an exterior solo can or duo cans, press and quickly release the power button. The green LED starts to blink with 2 short blinks - device is now in duo cans mode. To return to the original condition press the power button for a short time and the device will start to blink once.
To charge the Theta-Meter BT4.0BLE and USB connect the Theta-Meter using the USB to Micro USB cable to the USB port of the notebook, computer or wall socket charger. If the device is discharged a red LED light will display. When the device is fully charged the red LED light no longer displays.
